SHIPPING:

• Physical items usually ship within 7-10 business days.
• At this time, we can only ship items to the UK and US.
• Shipping is FREE for deliveries within the UK. There is a flat rate shipping charge of $5.00 per order applied at checkout when delivering to the US.

DOWNLOADS:

• Download codes for digital products are emailed immediately upon receipt of payment.
• The download link is included in the order confirmation email. Simply paste this into your browser and follow the instructions on-screen to receive the ebook.
• Downloads are hosted by BookFunnel, a third-party digital distributor. If your download isn’t working, please direct your questions to help@bookfunnel.com.

SECURITY:

• Payments are made via PayPal’s secure payment gateway. You can use your debit/credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.
• You do not need to make an account to make a purchase. As such, your payment and address information are NOT stored on our servers once the order is complete.
• Your contact number is required in case the courier has any issues with delivery.

• Please double-check your cart before checking out:
  • Once your payment is received for your physical goods, the order is processed, and we’ll be unable to cancel it or provide a refund. 
  • Once payment is received for your digital goods, the download link will be emailed to you. Once this hits your inbox, we can no longer provide a refund.
• Prices are listed in USD. If ordering from the UK, your cart will convert to GBP at checkout.
• If you don’t receive an order confirmation email once payment is made, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
